ATTENTION: CHANGE OF SUPERVISOR APPLICANTS SESSION JULY 2023

All residents who have applied to PGMI for change of supervisor are hereby directed to mention their preferences (not exceeding 03 in number) of intended hospital/unit on prescribed proforma.
Those who have already submitted proformas in PGMI are also directed to do the same.
Due to shortage of time, Competent Authority of PGMI has decided that signatures of INTENDED supervisor/ Assoc Dean are not mandatory on prescribed proforma.
Those residents who have already availed the opportunity of change of supervisor previously in the SAME institute due to retirement/ resignation/ transfer of supervisor can also apply.
Please note that last date for submission of proformas is today i.e 27th July 2023 04:00pm. No proformas will be accepted afterwards.
