- All applicants are directed to upload a clear soft copies of Arrival Report & RTMC Step-II Form duly signed & stamped by Supervisor & Associate Dean of the concerned MTI, Incase of Non-MTI, CEO PGMI is the signatory authority on your Arrival Report & RTMC Step-II Form. Upload these on your PGMI MIS Online Portal on or before 10th Jan, 2023.
- All Fresh Applicants of Induction Session January 2023 are directed to submit copies of all documents i.e (Arrival Report, Contract/Agreement & Surety Bond and Application Form attested from any Gazzetted Officer) in PGMI Diary Section on or before 10th January, 2023. positively.
- On 11th January, 2023 a list will be uploaded of non submitted Arrivals & RTMC Step-II Forms, who failed to upload these on PGMI MIS online portal, which will result in cancellation of slot.
