5-Day Capacity Building Workshop for Medical Officers
Under the joint collaboration of PGMI and PMIU, a comprehensive 5-day capacity building program has commenced for Medical Officers working in peripheral DHQs across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Guest of Honour, Prof. Mohammad Noor Wazir (CEO PGMI), and the Chief Guest, Prof. Sahibzada Mahmood Noor (HOD Dermatology Unit, LRH), graced the inaugural session with their presence and inspiring words.
This week-long training aims to strengthen clinical and emergency care skills, covering key areas including:
- Internal Medicine
- Surgery
- Primary Trauma Care
- Medico-Legal Management
- Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
The initiative reflects a strong commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery and professional competence across the province.
